What is Telos?
Telos is the custom home representation practice of Victory Formation Ventures. We represent you, the owner, through every stage of a custom home: picking the team, setting the budget, reviewing bids and contracts, approving draws and walking the site until you have the keys.
Who is Telos for?
Anyone who wants it custom. First home or fifth, family or investor, a lot in the Hill Country or a teardown in town. If you are building something that is yours, we are on your side of the table.
Are you a builder?
No. We do not build and we do not take a cut from the people who do. Your builder runs the build. We make sure it is the build you are paying for.
How are you paid?
One fee, agreed before we start. No markups from builders, trades or suppliers.
Can I bring my own architect or builder?
Yes. We work with the team you already have, or we help you choose one. Either way, we are in the room for every decision.
When should I call?
The earlier the better, ideally before you buy land or sign with a builder. That is where the biggest savings are. If you are already building, we can still step in.

Greater Austin and the Texas Hill Country, including Travis, Williamson and Hays counties.
